2 meats, 2 starch (potato wedges and rice), 3 seasonal vegetables. 

Vegetarian phyllo parcel with ricotta, mushroom, and spinach with a smoked red pepper sauce.

Pork neck fillet roasted with garlic, mustard and brandy.

Slow cooked mutton shoulder with capers, anchovy, lemon and rosemary.

Fish and shrimp bake with cream and parsley.

Rare beef fillet with a red wine reduction.

Roast chicken with garlic and herbs.

PLATED MAINS (choose 1) all served with potato wedges and seasonal vegetables.

Phyllo fish, prawn and mussel parcel with a smoked red pepper sauce

Mains: Lamb, garlic and rosemary casserole or Chicken and fresh herb casserole served with rice and salad.

Dessert: Homemade Apple Crumble & custard or malva pudding & cream.
